Today (12th October 2017), Hitachi unveiled the first new commuter trains for Scotland, built in its Newton Aycliffe factory, in County Durham.
The Class 385 train will run between Edinburgh and Glasgow offering faster journeys, more seats and better services for passengers.

APTA is an important opportunity for the rail sector involving manufacturers, suppliers and experts from all over the world.
