Newton Aycliffe, County Durham; 3rd September, 2015 - Hitachi Rail today celebrated the return of rail manufacturing to its British home in the North East, joining with key delivery partners at the official opening of a £82 million Rail Vehicle Manufacturing Facility in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham.
