Hitachi Rail Europe and developer Merchant Place Developments choose Darlington office of Shepherd, to build the train factory
Hitachi Rail Europe Ltd announced the appointment of the construction contractor to build their new manufacturing plant in the North East of England. Darlington-based lead contractor Shepherd has been appointed to build the plant with work set to start later this year.
